Interested in Having an Auction?

If you are interested in becoming a client of Hertenstein Auction and Realty there are a few simple steps that must be completed:

                                                    
#1.  Contact us either via Phone or Email.   We will then discuss what you would like to sell and set up a date to meet and see the merchandise.

#2.  Meet with the Hertenstein Auctioneer at the location of the merchandise so he may overlook the items and begin to formulate what needs to be completed for the auction.  This could include the seperating, boxing, and moving the items and deciding the location where the auction will be.  

#3.  After evaluating the above elements the Auctioneer will then quote the auction.  This is typically done by a percentage but can sometimes be a flat fee.

#4.  He will then give the owner the opportunity to consider the proposal or begin the contact signing process.  

#5.  From this point the Auctioneer and Seller will work closely together up through the day of the auction.

#6.  At the conclusion of the auction, our cashiers will turn over the procedes of the auction along with a detailed breakdown of the prices of each item sold, the receipts from advertising, and any other significant papers.
